The Heart Ball at the Rtiz Carlton in Fort Lauderdale was an amazing success. It’s one of the top black tie events on the winter social scene with more than three hundred attendees.

Tome and Katia Bates held the kickoff to the Heart Ball at their home on January 30th with more than 100 influential community members in attendance. “As volunteers for this organization, we hope to not only bring awareness about the No. 1 killer of Americans the the “fashion at Heart” event, but to also inspire others to open their hearts and give to the outstanding mission of the American Heart Association.”
